硝喹对鼠约氏疟原虫红内期琥珀酸脱氢酶的影响

摘  要:为观察红内期约氏疟原虫线粒体内是否存在琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH),并观察硝喹(NQ)是否抑制该酶活性进行了本研究。给感染疟原虫的小鼠,灌服单剂量硝喹(2mg/kg)后,3.5h、14h取血,酶组化孵育,电镜观察疟原虫线粒体。结果表明,红内期约氏疟原虫线粒体内存在SDH,NQ不能抑制SDH的活性。约氏疟原虫内有三羧酸循环。This study was conducted to observe if there is succinate dehydrogenase(SDH) in erythrocytic Plasmodium yoelii mitochondria,and the effect of nitroquine acetate(NQ) on SDH. Mice infected with Plasmodium yoelii were treated with NQ 2 mg/kg po. After 3.5 h and 14 h, blood was taken from mice, and incubated with Cyt histochemistic method. Mitochondria of Plasmodium yoelii were observed with electron microscope. We confirmed that there is SDH in erythrocytic Plasmodium yoelii mitochondria and its activity was not inhibited by NQ. There is TCA cycle in erythrocytic Plasmodium yoelii and SDH was not the initial point of action for NQ to the parasite.
