摘　　要：目的:评价乳腺癌保乳治疗(BCS)后的乳房外形,探讨其影响因素。方法:回顾性分析180例乳腺癌BCS后的乳房外形及其影响因素。结果:非外上象限组的乳房外形明显优于外上象限组;肿块≤2cm组的乳房外形明显优于>2cm组;乳腺区段切除组的乳房外形明显优于乳腺象限切除组;≤50岁组乳房外观差的出现率明显高于>50岁组;放疗可影响乳房外形;CEF方案(环磷酰胺加表阿霉素加氟尿嘧啶)化疗对乳房外形的影响不大;放疗与化疗的顺序改变对BCS后乳房外形的影响不明显。结论:病变部位、肿块大小、手术方式、年龄、辅助治疗等是影响乳腺癌BCS后乳房外形的主要因素。Objective To evaluate the mammary shape after breast-conserving surgery （BCS）, and explore its influencing factors. Methods The satisfactory score of mammary shape was assessed by ＂JCRT＂ criteria in 180 patients after breast-conserving surgery. Results The mammary shape was superior in patients with tumor locating not in the supero-lateral quadrant; tumor size less than 2 cm; patients submitted to lobectomyonly; and patients older than 50 years. Pre-operative radiotherapy could influence the shape of breast, but peroperative ECF-regimen of chemotherapy did not. The sequencing of radiotherapy and chemotherapy did not influence the mammary shape. Conclusion Tumor location, tumor size, type of surgical procedure, age, and adjuvent therapy are the major factors that influence the mammary shape after BCS.
