降脂益肝冲剂治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病大鼠的研究

摘　　要：目的:观察降脂益肝冲剂对非酒精性脂肪性肝病大鼠肝脏的影响。方法:72只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为9组:空白对照组(N组)、实验对照组(M组)、实验干预组(D组),每组24只,分别设9、13、17周3个时相点。空白对照组给予普通饲料喂养,实验对照组和实验干预组给予高脂饮食喂养。实验干预组分别于第0周9周13周开始给予降脂益肝冲剂,同时空白对照组和实验对照组分别给予等量的生活饮用水灌胃,分别于9周、13周、17周末处死各组大鼠。全自动生化分析仪测定血清ALT、AST、血脂及肝组织脂质含量,HE染色观察肝组织病理变化。结果:经降脂益肝冲剂干预后,肝脏病理改变较实验对照组明显减轻,各项指标均明显好转。结论:降脂益肝冲剂对NASLD有很好的防治作用。Objective： To observe the curative effect of Granule of Lowering Fat to Tonify Liver, and approach its influence to the rat′s liver suffering from nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. Method： 72 male Wister rats were selected and divided into 3 groups randomly, which were blank control group （ N group）, exp. control group （ M group） and exp. intervention group （D group）. Each group included 24 rats. 9 weeks, 13 weeks and 17 weeks were as the three phase points. Blank control group was fed up with common feedstuff, and the other groups were fed up with high fat diet. Granule of Lowering Fat to Tonify Liver was given to exp. intervention group in 0 week, 9 week and 13 week, and at the same time aqua potabilis mitte tales doses to blank control group and exp. control group. At the end of 9 week, 13 week and 17 week the rats in each group were executed. ALT, AST, blood fat, lipid cont. in hepatic tissue were tested with automatic biochemistry analyzer, and pathological change of hepatic tissue was observed after HE staining. Result ： After Granule of Lowering Fat to Tonify Liver interfering, the patho- logical change of liver in exp. intervention group was lessened more significantly than in exp. control group, and each index was improved significantly. Conclusion： Granule of Lowering Fat to Tonify Liver has good preventive and therapeutic effect on NAFLD.
