100例鼻咽癌患者心理社会因素配对调查与多变量分析

摘　　要：为探讨心理社会因素对恶性肿瘤的影响规律，本文按多因素1：1病例一配对对照设计法，对100例鼻咽癌及其配对对照开展了临床流行病学调查。资料经QUICKBASIC语言支持下完成了配对Logistic回归分析。在α=0．10的水准，分别有X1（家中燃料类型）、X2（住房条件）、X3（常吃腌菜）、X4（刺激性食物）、X6（经济状况）、X10（生活、工作中常有牵挂、忧虑之事）及X11（患病后情绪低落、恐惧）共7个人选的变量最终进入方程：Logit＝ai＋0．288X1＋0．560X2－1．015X3－1．695X4＋0．992X6＋1．187X10＋2．093X11。综上可以认为燃料类型等7个心理社会性危险因素对鼻咽癌的发生发展和康复转归起着重要的影响作用。One bundred Cases Patients with carcinom of nasopharynx and their matched control were surveyed in clinical epidemiology in paired design of 1:1 case-control way. The analysis of matched logistic regression had been made under a condition of QUICK BASIC Ianguage. The 7 variables had been terminally selected into the matched logistic regression equation at μ-level 0. 5. These variables are as follows: X1: fuel type of the family, X6: economic condition of the family, X2: residential condition, X10: worries in life and work, X3: pickled vegetables, X11: depression after illness, X4: stimulative food. The matched logistic regression eqution is as follows: Logit P = ai + 0. 288X1 + 0.560X2- 1 .015X3 - 1. 695X4 + 0. 992X6 +1. 187X10 + 2.093X11. To sum up, it was found that these variables would be important factors for the de2. velopment or restore of health in the patients with carcinoma of nasopharynx.
