摘 要:为了利用多属性决策方法科学地评价城市环境质量,弥补现有多属性评价矩阵中元素信息大量丢失的缺陷,首先对多属性评价矩阵进行规范和加权处理,然后进行按行(年代)归一化处理.借助黄金分割和直觉模糊集的思想,利用处理后的两个矩阵,分别给出了不同年代城市环境质量的支持集、反对集以及支持度、反对度的概念,以此集结出不同年代城市环境质量的直觉模糊评价信息.该评价结果的信息更加丰富,能同时反映出城市环境质量评价结果的满意度、不满意度和犹豫度.并利用直觉模糊集的得分函数和精确函数得到该评价的序关系,进而得到按年代划分的城市环境质量的序关系.最后通过湛江市环境质量综合评价实例,说明该方法的实用性和有效性.To take advantage of multiple attribute decision making method to evaluate quality of the urban environment reasonably, fill the deficiency that the existing multiple attribute evaluation matrix elements are in the massive loss of information. Firstly, the multiple attribute evaluation matrix should be treated, standardizes and weights the multiple attribute evaluation matrix, then normalizes the matrix according to row (decades). Secondly, the concepts of supporting set, opposing set, supporting degree and opposing degree of urban environmental quality for different decades according to the two treated matrices are given with the aid of Golden Section idea and intuifionistic fuzzy set. And the intuitionistic fuzzy evaluation information of urban environmental quality for deferent decades is obtained according to it. The result of evaluation has abundant information and can reflect the degree of satisfaction, degree of dissatisfaction and degree of hesitation simultaneously. Thirdly, the order of intuitionistic fuzzy evaluation value is gained by using score function and accuracy function, and the order of urban environmental quality is then obtained also. Finally, the example of comprehensive evaluation of Zhanjiang urban environmental quality explains the practicability and validity of this method.
