摘 要:目的研究蛇葡萄素对2型糖尿病大鼠的降糖作用及NO/NOS水平和抗氧化能力的影响。方法采用高糖高脂饲料饲养大鼠1个月,再一次性腹腔注射小剂量链脲佐菌素,建立2型糖尿病大鼠模型。观察高、低剂量蛇葡萄素对糖尿病大鼠的降糖作用,并检测各组动物血清NO/NOS及肾脏组织SOD,MDA,GSH-Px含量。结果高、低剂量蛇葡萄素均能降低2型糖尿病大鼠的血糖水平,抑制糖尿病大鼠血浆NO、iNOS水平,降低肾脏组织MDA含量,提高SOD,GSH-Px活性。与模型组比较差异显著(P<0.05或0.01)。结论蛇葡萄素能够降低2型糖尿病大鼠血糖,增强糖尿病大鼠机体抗氧化作用及抑制糖尿病大鼠血清NO/iNOS水平。OBJECTIVE To study the effect of Ampelopsin on blood sugar,NO/NOS activity and antioxidant capability of type 2 diabetic(T2DM) rats. METHODS Rats were intraperitoneal injected streptozotocin (STZ) after received high fat and high sucrose diet to induce T2DM. The effect of different dosage of Ampelopsin were observed to decide wether it could lower the blood sugar of diabetic rats. NO/NOS level in serum and SOD,MDA,GSH-Px contents in kidney were detected in every group of rats. RESULTS Different dosage of Ampelopsin can lower the blood sugar of diabetic rats, inhibit NO and iNOS activities in blood, depress MDA, SOD and GSH-Px contents in kidney. It had significant difference compared with the model group. CONCLUSION Ampelopsin can lower the blood sugar of diabetes rats, and enhance antioxidant capability and inhibit NO/iNOS activities of diabetic rats.
