兔心淋巴管的解剖学研究

摘　　要：目的探讨兔心淋巴管条数、走行、流注，为动物实验研究和动物解剖学提供资料。方法兔心80例，用普蓝法间接注射法，使兔心淋巴管充色后固定，1月后在手术显微镜下解剖、绘图、观察统计。结果（1）成助面，前纵沟4级淋巴警1．15±0．36条，汇入3级淋巴管占空多于右室。（2）膈面，后纵沟4级林巴管1．10±0．49条，汇入3级淋巴管右室多于左室。（3）显示左、右心淋巴平27例（33．75％），仅显示左淋巴平52例（65％），1例未显示。结论兔心淋巴管丰富，与人、狗、羊心的淋巴管基本类同。在行心脏显微外科动物实验时具有重要的参考价值。To explore the number, route,drainage of lymphatic vessels of the heart in rabbit and provided data for animal anatomy.Method Eighty rabbit heat were used.30% Prussian blue solution was injected in subserosa indirectly. After they were fixed for one month, the specimen were anatomized under microscope then charted, observed, recored andcounted statistically.Results (1) On the sternocostal surface, the number of grade lymphatic vessels at the anterior longitudinal sulcus was 1. 15±0. 36. The numbers of lymphatic vessel grade, drainage into anterior longitudinal sulcus and coronary sulcus in the left ventricle was more than that in the right. (2)On the diaphragmatic surface,the number of grade IV lymphatic vessels was 1. 10±0. 49. The number of lymphatic vessels drainage to gradeⅡ right ventricle was more than in the left. (3)The left and right lymphatic trunks was shown in 27 cases (33. 75%). The ltft lymphatic trunk was shown in 52 cases (65%). The lymphatic trunk was not seen in one case.Conclusion Rabbit heart has rich lymphatic vessels which are similar to that of human, dog and sheep. The results has important reference value during animal cardiac microsurgical operatoon.
