摘　　要：民族自治地区立法变通权是我国在立法分权层面对"民族区域自治"模式作出的制度性安排,使得国家基本法律结合民族自治地方的实际,实现了切实有效地贯彻执行。笔者从文化学学科维度,剖析该制度设计的机理,以证成民族自治地区立法变通模式的合理性。Legislation accommodation power in ethnic autonomous regions is the system arrangement for regional autonomy of ethnic groups on legislation divide power in our country, which causes the national basic laws union reality of ethnic autonomous regions national and effectively is carried out. After culture sight the author analyzes the system＇ s frame that proves rationality of legislation accommodation pattern in ethnic autonomous regions.
