摘　　要：民族医药教育是民族医药发展的关键,文章分析了民族医药教育的现状,从民族医、民族药、社会形势发展的三个方面现状论述了民族医药教育发展和改革的必要性,并从争取特殊政策、加快民族医药人才的培养、加强民族教育改革等几个方面提出了发展民族医药教育的思路。The national medical education is key point to develop the national medication, the article analyses the exist status of national medical education, it＇ s discuss the development of national medical education and the necessity of innovation from national doctor, notational medicine and the development of social circumstance, and make out the considering of the development of national medical education from striving for special policy, fasting breaking to the cultivation of national medical talents, strengthen the innovation of national education.
