摘　　要：随着国有商业银行改革的深入,人力资本产权问题日益显现。本文在对国有商业银行经营者的企业家人力资本产权配置现状研究的基础上,提出人力资本产权配置及优化方向。With the fact that the state-owned commercial bank reforms deep into,problem of human capital property right appears gradually.This article put forward the collocation and optimization direction of Human capital property right,on the basis of its collocation status research to State-owned commercial bank operator.
