摘　　要：加入WTO以来,我国经济得到了快速发展,外资进入我国产业的广度和深度正在不断加强,作为外商投资主体之一的跨国公司对我国企业的并购行为也在频繁发生,这对我国的产业安全甚至经济安全产生了现实和潜在的影响。本文首先探讨了近年来跨国公司并购行为对我国产业安全的积极和消极影响,然后从合理利用外资角度提出正确的产业安全观和相关建议。Since China has joined in WTO,our country＇s economy develops fast.The breadth and depth of foreign capital＇s entering our industry is strengthening.The behavior of transnational corporations M＆ A,which is one of the main investment bodies,occurs frequently in our enterprise.This has realistic and latent influences on our industry security and even on economy security.This paper first elaborated the present situation of the transnational corporations＇ M＆ A to our enterprise and its characteristic;then we discussed the positive and the negative effects on our industry security by transnational corporations M＆ A in recent years;finally we,from reasonably using the foreign capital angle,proposed proper industry security concept and related suggestion.
