摘　　要：尊重和保障人权,是人类社会进步的重要成果和现代文明社会的重要标志。人权教育的目标在于人权意识的提升和人权知识的普及。高校教育是将教育链接社会的一个转折点,大学生即将走向社会,成为公共权力的行使者,因此对大学生进行人权保护教育是相当必要的。The respect and the assurance of human rights are the human society progressive important achievement and the modern civilization society＇s important symbol. The human rights education＇s goal lays in the human rights consciousness the promotion and the human rights knowledge popularization. The university education is educates the link society a turning point, the university student soon moves toward the society, becomes the public authority to exercise, therefore carries on the human rights protection education to the university student is quite essential.
