摘  要:建立了液体火箭发动机地面试车过程的实时故障检测与报警系统,完成了系统的硬件、软件结构设计与功能分析,实现了发动机试车过程实时故障检测的综合决策与报警。系统经过了大量的试车数据考核和在线综合测试,并两次参加了发动机地面试车试验的在线验证。验证结果表明,系统能及时准确地对发动机稳态和启动工作过程中的故障进行检测和报警,并具有良好的可靠性、稳健性和可扩展性,对开发建立工程实用的液体火箭发动机健康监控系统具有重要的应用价值。The realtime fault detection and alarm system for liquid propellant rocket engines used in ground tests is founded. The hardware, software and functional structure of the system are firstly designed and analyzed, and then the integrated decision-making method is proposed for realtime fault detection. The system has not only been tested with a large amount of test data and online simulations, but also has been verified in 2 actual ground tests. Results show that the system founded can detect the faults occurred in the beginning and normal process of the engines effectively and in time, and it is reliable, robust and extendable. So it is significant for the development of practical health monitoring systems of liquid-oropellant rocket engines.
