摘  要:和谐校园包括文化观念和谐、人与环境和谐和人际和谐。和谐校园建设与素质教育是辩证统一的关系。文化素质教育为和谐校园的建设提供观念条件和实质内容,建设和谐校园有利于实现文化素质教育的理念和内容,建设和谐校园应当遵循主题优位原则、系统原则和历史原则。The meaning of "harmonious campus" includes the harmony of cultural values, the harmony between human beings and the environment and the harmony between people. The relationship of constructing the harmonious campus and deepening the quality education is dialectical. Culture quality education supplies the conceptive condition and substantial content for the construction of harmonious campus. Constructing a harmonious campus is good for achieving the concept and content of culture quality education. Constructing the harmonious campus should follow the principle of thematic priorities, system and history.
