山东省县乡两级医疗机构护士社会支持、应对方式及其相关性研究

摘　　要：[目的]研究山东省县乡两级医疗机构护士的领悟社会支持、应对方式状况及其相互关系。[方法]应用领悟社会支持量表和国内应对方式问卷对480名山东省县乡两级医疗机构护士进行调查。[结果]山东省县乡两级医疗机构护士的领悟社会支持为5.311分±0.800分,其中家庭内支持明显大于家庭外支持;护士倾向于使用"解决问题"应对方式;护士的应对方式与其领悟社会支持显著相关。[结论]山东省县乡两级医疗机构护士的领悟社会支持状况良好且较多使用积极应对方式,政府部门应针对性地加强对农村护士的社会支持。Objective： To study the state of insighting ,social support and coping styles and its correlations of nurses from county and countryside levels medical institutions in Shandong province. Methods： A total of 480 nurses from counties and countryside of Shandong province were investigated by adopting in- sight ,social support scale and domestic coping style questionnaire. Results： The average ,score of insight ,social support of nurses was 5. 311 ± 0. 800, among which family supports was much higher than those from outside of family. Nurses were prone to apply ＂solving problems＂ coping style. And coping styles of nurses were significantly correlated with their insight of social support. Conclusion： The state of insight social supports of nurses from medical institutions of county and countryside levels in Shandong province was better. Most nurses applied active coping styles. Government departments should strengthen social support for nurses in countryside.
