摘  要:[目的]对北京市城区综合性医院护士职业倦怠进行预测性研究。[方法]采用分层整群抽样方法对748名护士进行一般状况、工作倦怠、社会支持及工作满意度调查。[结果]北京城区综合性医院护士处于高度职业倦怠状态,情绪衰竭699人,占93.4%,去个性化646人,占86.4%,低个人成就感722人,占96.5%。[结论]医院管理者应高度关注护士群体的职业倦怠现象,给予广泛的、持续的社会支持和业内支持。Objective: To carry out a predictive study on job burnout of nurses in general hospitals of urban field in Beijing city. Methods: A total of 748 nurses were investigated on general condition,job burnout, social support and job satisfaction by layer cluster sampling. Results: Nurses in general hospitals of urban field of Beijing city were in a high job burnot state. Among them, 93.4% (699 of 748) had emotion failure, 86.4% (646 of 748) had de- individuation, and 96.5 % (722 of 748) had lower self - achievement feeling. Conclusion:Administrators of hospitals should pay more attention to the job burnout of nurses and give them extensive and persistent social and occupational supports.
