金属内支架治疗结肠梗阻和对手术方式的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨在X线透视下置入金属内支架缓解结肠梗阻的方法和临床应用价值。方法23例结、直肠癌引起肠梗阻的患者,在X线透视引导下在梗阻部位行金属内支架置入术。结果17例成功置入金属内支架后24-48h肠梗阻症状缓解,经肠道准备后作了选择性I期结肠癌切除吻合术。结论金属内支架可有效的缓解结、直肠癌引起的肠梗阻,在X线透视引导下能提高支架置入成功率从而使梗阻患者的结肠癌能得到I期切除结肠吻合。Objective To explore the methods and clinical value of internal metal stent under X ray control for treating patrients with malignant colorectal obstruction .Methods 23 patients with malignant colorectal obstruction were treated by metallic internal stent placement under the X ray guidance .Results 17patients with malignant colorectal obstruction symptoms were all got rid of the trouble winthin 24-48hours after the stent placement.Selective stage 1 colorectal cancer resection and anastomosis were performed after bowel preparation. Conclusion Metallic internal stent placement can loosen the colorectal obstruction symptoms with higher successful rate under X ray control and furthermore for stage 1 colorectal cancer resection and anastomosis.
