摘  要:针对某砖混结构住宅楼迫降纠倾工程中要绝对保证建筑物内居民生命安全的特殊要求,提出必须严格控制地基沉降变形和沉降速率。在采用有限元法对不均匀沉降引起结构开裂全过程数值模拟结论的前提下,确定工程中的纠倾速率。然后根据实际工程水平钻孔取土纠倾措施,利用有限元程序分析钻多排水平孔后的土中应力重分布现象,建立附加应力增大系数计算用表和附加应力计算公式。最后采用水平成层介质模型和三铰拱模型,建立水平钻孔后地基附加沉降计算公式,与实际工程观测资料进行对比以验证其合理性,并进行了工程经验总结。Associated with a practical project of correcting a masonry building tilt and meeting the strict demands to guarantee the safety of people in this building, authors determined the rate of correcting tilt firstly on the premise of results of numerical simulation for entire crack procedure of masonry building which were caused by non-uniform settlement. Secondly, according to construction procedures in the project, redistribution of stress in foundation after several rows of horizontal hole formed was analyzed by FEM, tables of amplification factor for additional stress and computation formula for additional stress were established. Finally, by utilizing models of media in horizontal layers and three-hinge arch, computation formula for additional settlement of foundation were established, and computation results of these formulas were verified rationally by comparing with measured settlement records of foundation in a practical project. Experience obtained from engineering was also generalized.
