基于无外源激素下肉苁蓉细胞悬浮培养的研究

摘　　要：设计了不添加外源激素进行肉苁蓉细胞悬浮培养的方案,考察了细胞生长及其次生代谢产物苯乙醇苷、总黄酮和肉苁蓉多糖的变化情况。结果表明:在无外源激素悬浮培养下,肉苁蓉细胞的生长与次生代谢产物的合成与添加外源激素的相类似,细胞仍能快速生长及产生代谢产物,实现了不依赖外源激素的肉苁蓉细胞生长与次生代谢产物的积累,细胞培养成本降低,且安全、可食用。Cell suspension culture of Cistanche deserticola in medium which was designed in absence of exogenous hormones was investigated, the cell growth and the accumulation of secondary metabolites which are phenylethanoid glycosides, total flavones, polysaccharide were also studied. The results showed that the cell gTowth and the synthesis of secondary metabolites in medium without addition of exogenous hormones were similar to the normal culture in addition of exogenous hormones KT and IAA. The cells could gTow fast and the secondary metabolites were produced still. It showed that the cell growth and the accumulation of the secondary metabolites could be independent of the exogenous hormones in medium. The cells of Cistanche deserticola which were obtained in culture medium without exogenous hormones were more safety and edible, and the cost of culture was also decreased.
