摘　　要：针对构建一个反映营运绩效各个侧面的、由一系列相关指标组成的评价指标体系,并对各个评价指标的权重系数进行计算和分配的问题,通过建立一个基于层次分析法的企业孵化器综合绩效评价模型,对北京地区的孵化器进行研究。本研究采用德尔菲法和层次分析法确定权重系数,使用"加法合成法"进行绩效评价。经实证研究发现,北京地区孵化器发展整体水平不高,大部分孵化器都处于同一水平线上。The research objective of this paper is to build an evaluation index system which consists of a series of indexes that reflect operation performance. We computed and allocated the weight coefficient of each evaluation index, and then we built a comprehensive performance evaluation model based on analytic hierarchy process to examine enterprise incubators in Beijing. We evaluated the performance by using Delphi technique method and analytic hierarchy process to determine weight coefficients and used accelerations composition method. As a result, the empirical research concluded that the overall level of development of the enterprise incubators in Beijing was not high and most of the enterprise incubators were located on the same level.
