摘　　要：将相变诱发塑性引入板弹簧的生产,使劳动生产率提高约50%,能源消耗降低三分之一,具有一定的推广价值.Based on the study of TRIP（ transformation--induced plasticity）for carbon steel, the application of TRIP to alloy steel has diccussed. As introducing TRIP to the production of plate spring , Production efficiency has raised more than 50% and power consumption reduced by one third. The practice is worth spreading
