摘　　要：铁路运输的高速、重载化,要求高质量的列车车轮。热处理是提高车轮质量的重要环节。本文针对马钢车轮公司车轮热处理工艺因素波动大、不能满足高质量产品生产的现状,介绍了喷水淬火的水压控制技术和方法。实际运行结果表明,本方案投资省,热处理系统工作稳定、可靠,达到了预期目标。The performance of high - speed and heavy loading of railway transportation requires the high - quality train wheel. Heat treatment is a important process for improving the quality of train wheel. To fulfill the need of high quality production with preventing processing parameters of wheel heat treatment from fluctuating in Ma Steel Wheel Company, the control technique and method for heat treatment medium is introduced. Testing result indicates that the method has low investment, works steadily and reliably with heat treatment system, and meets with the expectation.
