摘　　要：目的分离并鉴定马蹄莲中的有机酸。方法将乙醇提取物用硅胶柱色谱分离,分离得到有机酸,其化学结构经UV、IR、1H-NMR、13C-NMR及GC-MS波谱分析确证。结果从马蹄莲中分离得到2种化合物:棕榈酸、肉豆蔻酸。结论2种化合物均系首次从马蹄莲中分离得到。Objective To isolate and identify the organic acid from Zantedeshia aethiopica. Methods Oraganic acid from ethanol extracting part was obtained by silica chromatogram gel, and their chemical structure was identified by UV, IR,^1 HNMR, ^13C-NMR and GC-MS spectra. Results Two oraganic acids, hexadecanoic acid and tetradecanoic acid, were obtained from zantedeshia aethiopica. Conclusion The organic acids are firstly isolated from Zantedeshia aethiopica.
