关于大学生思想政治工作队伍创新机制的思考

摘　　要：高校思想政治工作的改革是高等教育新发展的必然需要。本文提出班级管理员、导师、辅导员"三位一体"的学生工作队伍创新新思路,是一种较好地解决目前高校学生工作人员不足问题的方法之一。文章同时阐述并论证了班级管理员、导师、辅导员的选拔、职能、分工、协调与管理,以及三者在学生工作中的作用与价值,对全方面培养学生是一种有益的启示。The reform of ideological and political work in colleges and universities is the inevitable need of new development in higher education. This paper proposes a new thought about the innovation of students＇ work team, that is, integrating class administrator, tutor and instructor. It is one of the best methods for solving the problem of lack of personnel doing students＇ work at present. This paper demonstrates the selection of class administrators, tutors and instructors and functions and labor divisions, coordination and management. It also introduces their roles and values in students＇ work. This is a beneficial enlightenment for foster the students in an all-round way.
