摘  要:固结磨料线锯切割相当于磨削加工,切割表面损伤层浅,因而锯切表面质量更高。电镀金刚石锯丝已经在工程实际中获得一定应用,但制造成本较高。而树脂结合剂锯丝成本则非常低。本文用1Cr18Ni9不锈钢丝作为环形锯丝的基体材料,其焊接接头可承受最大拉力110 N,疲劳寿命超过1.2×105次。不锈钢丝经表面处理后,直接刷涂树脂金刚石磨料混合物,再经过干燥及烘烤工序制成树脂结合剂金刚石线锯丝。涂层中树脂占35%、金刚石磨料(平均直径20μm)占50%、纳米铜粉占15%。用该锯丝切割硅晶体,切割速度4 m/s,恒力驱动进给。检测证明:切割表面平整,表面粗度达Ra0.8μm。原因是树脂结合剂弹性较好,能有效地减小切割系统的振动,但其切削效率、使用寿命方面不如电镀金刚石线锯高。Cutting with fixed abrasive diamond wire is quality surface can be obtained.Electroplated diamond similar to grinding, so less damaged layer and better wire has got some applications but the production cost is high compared with resin bond diamond wire. In this paper, the stainless steel wire (1Cr18Ni9)was used as base material of looped wire. For the welding joint, its limit tension is 110 N and the fatigue life exceeds 1.2 ×10^5 passes. The stainless steel wire was coated directly with an admixture that consists of resin (35%), diamond (average diameter 20 μm, 50% ) and nanometer copper powder (15%). Cutting experiment on silicon crystal was conducted with the above made resin diamond wire . The wire velocity was 4 m/s with constant driving force for the feed movement. Because resin has better elasticity,it is beneficial to reduce the vibration. The cutting surface was much smoother, the machined surface roughness attained Ra 0. 8 μm. However resin diamond wire is still somehow lower in respect of cutting rate and working life than electroplated diamond wire
