摘　　要：由德国采埃孚公司制造的ZF12AS2301BO新型变速器,是安装在豪华客车上的一种大转矩变速器。它是在手动机械变速器基础上新发展的AMT,有12个前进挡,速比范围为12.33～0.78,倒挡的传动比也可达11.41,能完全满足大客车频繁起步和加速的操作,提高车辆的整体运行速度,有利于发动机功率的充分利用。变速器采用电控气动控制自动换挡形式,ECU通过对发动机节气门、液压离合器的操作,实现对车辆起步、选挡、换挡的自动控制,变速器的ECU安装在变速器外壳的后方。A new model automatic transmission -ZF12AS2301BO made by German based ZF Company, is a large-torque gearbox specifically designed for passenger-bus. It is believed that this new automatic transmission has a promising market potential in China. This article introduces the features of 12AS2301BO Automatic Transmission and principle of gear-shifting between the different gears, which will greatly help maintenance technician to learn and master the internal design and structure, and improve their technique skills.
