摘　　要：为了减少使用GSM半速率造成的用户通话时感受质量下降,本文提出了一种简洁实用的半速率开启门限设置的算法,经过实际应用,可以实现半速率开启门限的动态管理,大幅度降低半速率使用比例,同时降低掉话率,从而提高用户满意度。To reduce the harmful effect to the feeling of user after introduce half-rate technology in GSM, we have proposed a simple algorithm for half-rate threshold setting. With practial use,our method can realize dynamic management of half-rate threshold so that reduce the ratio of half-rate traffic meanwhile reduce call drop.
