摘　　要：目的为了研究AQP1在胃腺癌分化中的表达和作用。方法采用HE法和SP免疫组织化学法研究不同分化程度的人胃腺癌的AQP1的表达。结果高、中分化的胃腺癌细胞形成腺泡,并且AQP1表达于其细胞质和细胞膜,在它们的细胞质中可见阳性反应的泡状结构;无腺泡形成的低分化的腺癌细胞不表达AQP1,有腺泡形成的低分化腺癌细胞具有弱阳性AQP1。结论AQP1参与胃腺癌细胞的分化和外分泌功能。Objective To investigate the expression and function of AQP1 on the gastric adenocarcinoma＇s differentiaion.Methods Using the HE method and SP method of immunohistochemical method to research the AQP1 expression of human gastric adenocarcinoma with different differentiation degree.Results Adenocarcinoma cells with the high and middle differentiation formed gland alveolus,and AQP1 expressed on the cytoplasm and cellular membrane,the positive reaction bubble structure could be seen in the cytoplasm.The poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma cells without gland alveolus didn＇t express the AQP1,the poorly differentiation adenocarcinoma cells with gland alveolus expressed weakly positive AQP1.Conclusion AQP1 took part in the function of differentiation and exocrinosity on gastric adenocarcinoma cells.
