脑出血大鼠脑组织水肿与脑脊液ApoE多态性关系

摘　　要：目的探讨脑出血大鼠脑脊液载脂蛋白E基因(ApoE)多态性与周围脑组织水肿的关系。方法对ApoE基因扩增DNA进行AfIⅢ和HaeⅡ双酶切技术检测16例脑出血大鼠ApoE基因型频率,根据脑出血大鼠标本切片计算脑水肿指数,统计学分析他们之间的关系。结果脑水肿指数与ApoE3呈负相关,而与ApoE4呈正相关,两者差异有显著性,脑出血大鼠脑脊液ApoE3和ApoE4与周围脑组织水肿具有相关性。结论脑出血大鼠脑脊液ApoE多态性可能是影响周围脑组织水肿的因素之一。[Objective] To study the relationship between apolipoprotein E（ApoE） polymorphism of eerebrospinal fluids and brain edema rats with in intracerebral hemorrhage. [Methods] The eerebrospinal fluids ApoE genetic polymorphism was analyzed by PCR and AfI III and Hae II double enzyme digestion. The edema index was estimated by pathologyieal methods in 16 rats with intraeerebral hemorrhage, The relationship between eerebrospinal fluids apolipoprotein E（ApoE） polymorphism and brain edema was analyzed by statistic software. [Results] The brain edema index was in negative relation with ApoE3 and in postive relation with ApoE4. Both of them exhibited statistical significance. The ApoE3 and ApoE4 of eerebrospinal fluids was closely related to the brain edema in rat with intraeerebral hemorrhage. [ Conclusion] ApoE polymorphism of eerebrospinal fluids may be one of the factors affecting the brain edema in rats with intraeerebral hemorrhage.
