摘　　要：在对摆动从动件圆柱凸轮工作过程进行分析的基础上,应用CimtranE软件对摆动从动件圆柱凸轮凹槽理论轮廓线进行"3D展开",并对3D展开的轮廓线进行编程和加工,提出了一套有效的解决方案。Based on our analysis on cylindrical cam with oscillating follower, we proposed a new method calling 3D Cursive Spread for the design and manufacture of cylindrical cam. In this report, we have made further improvement and established effective methodology using the CimtranE software for programming and machining. Moreover, we put forward a series of methods for efficient NC programming for cylindrical cam. These new techniques will greatly facilitate the design and manufacture of cylindrical cam in practical settings.
