摘 要:眼压测量在青光眼的诊治中占有非常重要的地位,中央角膜厚度对Goldmann压平眼压计的眼压测量值有重大影响,使Goldmann眼压计的"金标准"地位发生动摇;新近研发的动态轮廓眼压计采用轮廓匹配和压力传感器原理来测量眼压,理论上可克服Goldmann眼压计在眼压测量上的缺陷。本文简要介绍这种新型眼压计的测量原理、结构组成、测量过程、使用方法、与Goldmann眼压计的比较及临床运用的体会。sure plays an The measurement of intraocular presimportant role in diagnosis and treatment of glaucoma. The fact that center cornea thickness affects the results of the Goldmann applanation tonometer (GAT) made the "gold standard" position of GAT changed. The latest developed dynamic contour tonometer using contour matching principle and pressure sensor principle to measure intraocular pressure can overcome the shortcomings of GAT in theory. This article mainly introduces the principal of measurement, composition, process of measurement, and the using methods of this new tonometer. Further more,there is a comparison with GAT in clinical application.
