摘　　要：体育产业作为现代社会新的经济增长点已经成为政府、学界、社会的共识。在社会主义新农村建设中,将发展农村休闲体育产业作为增加农民收入,扩大农村人口就业,促进农村产业结构调整的新思路、新视角提出,从发展区域、城市群、城乡结合部、小城镇等方面进一步阐述发展的方略。认为,发展农村休闲体育产业,是科学发展观下,新农村建设中一个可持续发展的战略选项。It is the consensus of the government, the academic circles, and the society that sports industry has become a new point of economic growth of modem society. This paper believes that the enhancement of recreational sports industry in rural areas of China is one strategic alternative of sustainable development guided by the scientific view of development by putting forward the fact from a new thinking and perspective that, in building a new socialist countryside, the enhancement of recreational sports industry can increase the rural incomes, expand the employment of rural residents and promote the industrial restructuring of the countryside, and further expounding the strategies on development in the respects of developing regions, urban clusters, areas joining city and country, small cities and towns and the like.
