摘 要:跳深练习是一种发展肌肉爆发力的有效形式,在理论和实践上的应用不断深入,但目前国内对跳深高度的研究颇多,而对不同高度、间距组合跳深练习的研究还没有,对跳深中踏跳时间对踏跳效果的研究也是鲜有所见,本文旨在通过实验条件下分析不同高度、间距组合跳深练习及踏跳时间对踏跳效果的影响,进一步丰富跳深练习的方法,为跳深练习更加广泛的正确应用提供方法上和理论上的依据。Drop - jump has been applied continuously and widespread for a long time as one kind of successful form of developing the explosive power of the legs. The application in practice and in theoretical innovation has been not unceasing, especially the study on the depth of drop - jump is very much. But the study on the distance of drop - jump is only a little, not mention the combination of the depth and distance, and it has not appeared until now. In the same time, and it is also lack of study on relations between drop- jump time and drop- jump. In order to develop the method of drop- jump and provide the evidence of method and theory, it will analyzes the situation that different combination of depth and distance makes different influence of drop - jump.
