摘  要:利用不同生态型的光敏核不育系与常规稻品种研究了水稻幼穗分化至二次枝梗期后长日光周期对其幼穗分化进程与花器官发育的影响。结果表明:在晚籼及粳稻中长日照在延迟其幼穗分化进程的同时,对穗部花器官的分化和发育亦有影响,如穗长增加,颖花数有所减少而导致的颖花密度降低,花粉可育性降低导致的自交结实率下降及光敏核不育水稻的雄性不育;在早中籼中则无此效应或影响较弱。因此,粳型核不育系的光敏不育性由其穗发育受光周期影响较强所决定,选育籼型光敏不育系也可以此为辅助指标。5 lines of Photoperiodicsensitive Genic Malesterile Rice(PGMR) and 10 lines of common varieties were used in the test. After secondary branch primordia differentiation phase(SBP),the effects of photoperiod on panicle development were studied.The data showed that long day length(LD) treatments have significant effects on japonica and late indica lines ,but have little effects on early indica lines.The LD treatments not only delay the panicle heading, but also decrease spikelet density, spikelet fertility and cause the malesterility of PGMR lines . As to the effects and the efficient stage of photoperiodic response is similar in PGMR lines and their common types. It is supposed that the male sterility of PGMR is not an unique photoperiodic system in leaves but an incapability of male organogenesis to stand the unfavorable LD inhibitory signals in panicle of PGMR. It is advisable to choose photoperiodic effects of panicle development as a supplementary index for indica PRMR lines breeding.
