摘  要:为探索中度嗜盐菌在高盐有机工业废水处理中的应用,从山东省威海市路道口盐场晒盐池盐水中分离一株嗜盐菌株YS-1,对该菌株进行原子力显微镜观察、生理生化测定、全细胞脂肪酸分析及16SrDNA序列同源性分析.研究表明,YS-1菌株16SrDNA序列与Halomonas sp.(AB167061)的亲缘关系最为接近,确定该菌株为盐单胞菌属(Halomonas sp.),属中度嗜盐菌;在SBR反应器中对其进行强化高含盐有机废水处理试验,结果表明,菌株YS-1结合海底泥对含盐(NaCl)10%、CODCr为1645mg/L的高含盐模拟有机废水进行处理,经72hCODCr去除率为84.56%,108hCODCr去除率为96.23%.该盐单胞菌具有强化高盐有机废水处理的潜在功能,通过分离筛选中度嗜盐菌强化高盐有机工业废水处理具有潜在可行性.A moderately halophilic bacterium YS-I was isolated from the salty water of a Ludaokou salina of Weihai in China. This bacterium was further used to explore the applications of moderately halophilic bacteria in the hypersaline tanning wastewater treatment. The polyphasie taxonomy was studied through analyzing the morphological features, the physiologic-biochemical traits, 16S rDNA sequence homology and the total fatty acids. Phylogenetic analysis based on 16S rDNA gene sequences showed that it is a close relative of Halomonas sp. (AB167061). Based on the polyphasic taxonomic data. a novel species of the Halomonas sp. was identified. Experiments of intensifying hypersaline tanning wastewater treatment processing in the SBR demonstrate a significant result. The wastewater salt content of initial wastewater was 10% and initial CODcr was 1645mg/L. After 72 h's processing, the removal efficiency of CODer of tanning had achieved 84.56% and after 108 h, it achieved 96.23%. The experiments also show that YS-1 has foundation in the hypersaline tanning wastewater treatment and present the feasibility of acclimating of halophilic bacteria.
