摘 要:本研究在压力为0.5~0.8Mpa、温度为105℃、时间为1min的条件下将0.6mm厚的桦木薄木覆贴在8mm厚的MDF板材上面,然后在单位压力为3Mpa、热压温度160℃、热压时间为1min的条件下将耐磨纸、覆有桦木薄木的MDF、平衡纸热压成耐磨复合地板。在此种条件下压制的耐磨复合地板的表面胶合强度、静曲强度和含水率满足GB/T 18102的要求。Wear-resistant composite floors are studied in this paper. The hot pressing technology of this wearresistant composite floor was confirmed by experiment as follows: Birch sliced veneers were overlaid on medium density fiberboard at the condition of0.5-0.8 MPa hot pressure, 105℃ hot pressing temperature, and 1 min hot pressing time. Then, wear-resistant paper, sliced veneer-faced middle density fiberboard and balancing impregnated paper were pressed into wear-resistant composite floor at the condition of 3 MPa hot pressure, 160℃ hot pressing temperature, and 1 min hot pressing time. The results of physical and mechanical properties of wear-resistant composite floor can meet the requirement of Chinese standard of GB/T 18102.
