摘 要:目的:研究微波是否能增强EDTA在联合次氯酸钠对根管玷污层的作用。方法:9个离体的单根管前磨牙随机编号,分为A、B、C 3组,去冠后沿牙体长轴将牙根一分为二劈开,暴露根管,将牙的每一半再各编为微波组和对照组,各组依次17%EDTA和1%NaOC l冲洗,微波组另增加不同时间的微波照射。结果:电子显微镜下观察,在去除根管玷污层效果上微波组明显好于对照组?P<0.05)。结论:微波能促进EDTA在联合次氯酸钠对根管玷污层的作用。Objective: To evaluate whether the microwave can strengthen the root smear layer removal using EDTA plus NaClO. Methods: 9 human premolars with single root were randomly numbered and divided into throe groups. These premolars were excluded the root crown, splitted one root canal into two pieces along the axis of the tooth and exposed the root canals. Two pieces of root canal were divided into microwave group and control group. Every group' s root canal was irrigated with 17% EDTA plus 1% NaClO, and the microwave groups'root canals were irrigated with microwave radiation for different time. Results: Microwave group has better effective than the control group on the root smear layer removal with scanning electron microcopy. Conclusion: The microwave can strengthen the root smear layer removal using EDTA plus NaClO.
