根管糊剂粉液比对根管封闭性能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨根管糊剂粉液比对根管封闭性能的影响。方法:选取105颗单根管牙,随机分成7组,每组15颗。分别用粉液重量比为2∶1、2.8∶1和4∶1的氧化锌丁香油糊剂和Cortisomol糊剂各3组充填根管,以Roekoseal糊剂为对照组。经染料渗透后沿长轴纵向剖开,在体视显微镜下观察根管渗漏染色长度。用SPSS12.0软件作方差分析。结果:氧化锌丁香油糊剂和Cortisomol糊剂粉液重量比为2∶1、2.8∶1和4∶1 3组组间微渗漏差异均有显著性,除了粉液比为4∶1的Cortisomol糊剂组外,Roekoseal糊剂组和其余各组比较组间差异均有显著性;其中氧化锌丁香油糊剂粉液比为2∶1的染料渗漏长度最长,Roekoseal糊剂组的染料渗漏长度最短。结论:本实验中粉液比的增加可提高根管的封闭性。Objective： To evaluate the sealability of root canal sealers with different powder/liquid ratios. Methods： 105 extracted human single - root teeth were selected and randomly divided into seven groups （ N = 15 ）. The root canals were respectively filled with zinc oxide - eugenol sealers and Cortisomol sealers with powder/liquid ratio at 2 ： 1,2.8 ： 1 and 4 ： 1. The control group was Roekoseal sealers. The teeth was split along long axis after dye penetration. The lengths of root apical dye microleakage was measured with stereo microscope. ANOVA was used to compare the differences. Results： There were differences among groups of Zinc Oxide - Eugenol sealers and Cortisomol sealers with pouder/liqued raties at 2 ： 1, 2.8 ： 1 and 4 ： 1 （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Except the group of Cortisomol sealers of 4 ： 1 powder/liquid ratio, differences are also showed between group of Roekoseal sealer and each other group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The increment of the powder/ liquid ratio may increase the apical sealing ability of sealers.
