摘　　要：介绍了一种基于PIC16C74单片机和集成式湿度传感器HM1520的棉花水分测试仪的组成及工作原理、硬件选型和软件设计。在设计中软硬件均采用模块化设计,数据采集与处理采用去除大误差和算术平均值算法。该仪器是一种集LED显示和超限报警为一体的智能型湿度测量系统;同时,它也可应用于其它低湿度测量领域的湿度测量系统。The text gives us an introduction on an apparatus of cotton moisture measurement, in which based on SCM PIC16C74 and moisture sensor HM1520. There are more details on the apparatus＇ working principle、 hardware choosing and software design. The apparatus is a kind of intelligence system which is integrated LED display and alarm setting if the results exceed its scope, and it can be used to other low moisture measurement system.
