涎腺粘液表皮样癌中Ⅳ型胶原的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨Ⅳ型胶原蛋白在涎腺粘液表皮样癌中的表达及临床意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学S-P方法,对46例涎腺粘液表皮样癌进行Ⅳ型胶原蛋白的检测。结果:涎腺粘液表皮样癌中Ⅳ型胶原与其分化程度及淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),而与患者的性别、年龄无关(P>0.05)。结论:Ⅳ型胶原的异常表达与涎腺粘液表皮样癌的生物学行为密切相关,可作为评估涎腺粘液表皮样癌预后的有效指标。Objective,To investigate the clinical significance of Ⅳ collagen expressions in mucoepidermoid carcinoma of salivary gland. Methods：The expressions of Ⅳ collagen proteins were detected by immunohistochemistry S-P method in 46 eases with mucoepidermoid carcinoma of salivary gland. Results： Ⅳ collagen was significantly correlated with its differentiation （P〉0.05） and lymph node metastasis. Ⅳ collagen did not correlate with age and sex （P〉0. 05）. Conclusion： Ⅳ collagen proteins Expressions are correlated with the malignant progression of mucoepidermoid carcinoma in salivary glang and have important effect on predicting the prognosis for the patients with mueoepidermoid carcinoma in salivary glang.
