摘 要:根据作者近年研究结果,对水稻与高粱远缘杂交育种中杂种后代的变异、稳定世代、染色体随体、有利基因的利用及远缘杂交的实质进行探讨,提出了以下观点:(1)按照杂交后代变异的特点对变异材料进行分类,有利于选择;(2)远缘杂交后代从低世代到高世代都可能有稳定的株系出现,同时有一部分则继续分离;(3)通过杂种后代系间杂交,能够充分利用远缘杂种的有利基因;(4)细胞学研究中,观察到随体染色体的显性遗传;(5)远缘杂交的实质只能是部分遗传物质的转移.The aspects of breeding through wide hybridization between rice and sorghum including variation of the progenies,stabilized generations,chromosome satellites,use of the desired genes and nature of wide hybridization were discussed on the basis of the authors′ recent studies. The following conclusions were made:(1) The segregating progenies should be classified on the basis of characteristics of variation to help make selection. (2) The stable lines could be obtained from early generations to advanced generations. (3) The desired genes in the distant hybrids could be made full use of after crossing the selected lines. (4) The inheritance of satellite chromosomes was cytologically observed to be dominant. (5) Nature of wide hybridization was transfer of the partial genetic material from one species into the other.
