摘 要:粉拟青霉菌对小蠹虫等多种森林有害昆虫具有较好的致病性,但粉拟青霉菌的生存繁衍及对有害生物的致病效果均受多种生态因子的影响。针对温度、湿度、营养物质、pH值等生态因子对粉拟青霉菌分生孢子萌发、菌落生长、产孢量的影响进行了系统的实验研究。研究结果表明,温度、湿度、营养物质、pH值等生态因子对粉拟青霉菌菌落的生长及产孢量均有影响,从中探寻出适宜粉拟青霉菌分生孢子萌发、菌落生长及产孢量的温度、湿度范围,有利的营养物质及适宜pH值。Paecilomyces farinosus has high pathogenicity on many species of harmful pests in forests, however the existence and propagation of Paecilomyces farinosus and its pathogenicity to harmful pests are influences by many ecological factors. Experimental studies on the effects of temperature, moisture, nutrients and pH on colony growth, spore germination and spore production were conducted. The results showed that all the tested factors influenced the colony growth of Paecilomyces farinosus. The conditions suitable for the spore germination, colony growth and spore production were proposed.
