摘 要:对粳型光敏核不育系农垦58S及其衍生的7个籼型光、温敏核不育系双列杂交组合F1和部分F2在长日高温和长日中温两种生态条件下的育性表现进行了研究。结果表明,光敏不育系农垦58S、8902S和2877S、以及温敏不育系培矮64S、8801S和2558S等6个不育系的不育主基因等位,温敏不育系W6154S和9202S的不育主基因等位,而前6个与后2个不育系的不育基因则非等位。不育主基因等位的W6154S和9202S杂交F2群体中不育株率100%,而8902S、2877S、培矮64S和2558S间杂交F2群体中有少量可育株出现。不育主基因等位的不育系间杂交F2群体中,可育株与不育株比例为225∶31,表明双亲之间存在4对不育主基因的差异,控制W6154S和9202S不育性的2对主基因与控制8902S、2877S、培矮64S和2558S不育性的2对主基因可能完全不等位。ertility of F1s and F2s of the diallel crosses between eight photo sensitive genic male sterile (PGMS) and thermosensitive genic male sterile (TGMS)lines,involving a japonica line Nongken 58S and its seven indica derivatives,were observed under two ecological conditions viz.long day with high temperature (LD+HT) and long day with medium temperature (LD+MT).The results showed that six lines,i.e. PGMS lines Nongken 58S,8902S and 2877S,TGMS lines Pei'ai 64S,8801S and 2558S,had allelic major-genes,but were non-allelic to that of the former six lines.The percentage of sterile plants was 100% in the F2 of the crosses between allelic lines W6154S and 9202S,but a few fertile plants appeared in the F2s of the crosses among allelic lines 8902S,2877S,Pei'ai 64S and 2558S.The F2 s of the crosses between non-allelic lines segregated in a ratio of 225 fertile to 31 sterile,which suggested that there were differences of four pairs of malesterile majorgenes between two parents,the two pairs of majorgenes governing malesterility of W6154S and 9202S were completely nonallelic to the two pairs of majorgenes governing sterility of 8902S,2877S,Pei'ai 64S and 2558S.
