摘 要:利用超微弱发光测量技术研究了不同时间间隔下延迟发光的衰减曲线.从实验测得的数据出发,抛开以往与实验不太相符的指数函数、双曲函数拟合理论,利用更能体现动力学特性的差分方程方法,分析延迟发光强度随时间的变化情况.根据测得的实验曲线,将光诱导后的光子辐射过程划分为快过程和慢过程2个阶段,推测2个阶段中,生物系统内激发态的相干作用不同,从而对生物超微弱发光物理机理——相干模型,进行了一定的验证,并对具有广泛生物学意义的延迟发光时间参数的研究具有一定的促进作用.The attenuation curves of delayed luminescence under different time intervals are studied and analyzed with ultra-weak bioluminescence technique. Instead of using exponent function and hyperbolic function to analyze the curve, we deduce a difference equation from the experiment data, and we gain to describe the varieties of the intension. The difference equation is believed that it can manifest the kinetic character of bio-system more clearly and accurately. We plot out two periods for the delayed luminescence process based on the difference of coherent state between the different periods. Therefore, it has been proved in some degree that the physical mechanism for the ultra-weak bioluminescence is based on coherent model. As well we can get some information concerning the time parameter of the delayed luminescence.
