咸阳市生态环境与城市化协调发展定量评价

摘　　要：针对咸阳市的具体情况，构建了咸阳市生态环境和城市化协调发展指标体系，在此基础上运用主成分分析法对生态环境和城市化进行综合评价，通过构建协调发展模型定量分析生态环境与城市化的静态、动态协调发展程度。结果显示：1990．2004年咸阳市生态环境和城市化总体上处于基本协调发展状态，但发展状况并不均衡，生态环境与城市化并不是总处在协调发展之中的。因此，在今后城市化发展过程中，政府应加大环境保护力度，制定严格的环境保护政策，促进产业结构、能源结构、经济结构的调整，以达到生态环境和城市化的协调发展，从而实现咸阳市城市化的可持续发展。表6，参14。This article constructs the indicators system about coordinating development between ecological environment and urbanization of Xianyang city aiming at its actual condition. Basing on it use the method of principle component analysis to comprehensively evaluate ecological environment and urbanization, Furthermore, the static and dynamic coordinating development of ecological environment and urbanization is quantitatively analyzed by building coordinating development model.The results show that though the development between ecological environment and urbanization from 1990 to 2004 is totally in an essential coordination state but it doesn＇t develop balanced in Xianyang city, and its development trend is not always in a coordination state. Therefore, at the process of urbanization development, the government should enlarge environ- ment protection and make strict environment protection policy in order to promote the adjustment of industry structure, energy structure and economic structure. Finally it can get the harmonious development between ecological environment and urbanization. Based on the above measures we can realize the sustainable development of urbanization in Xianyang city.
