摘　　要：在回顾战略管理理论演进的基础上,探讨了战略管理理论研究的现状及其演变规律,认为战略管理的均衡与可预测范式正在被非均衡与不确定性所取代.面对日益复杂的环境,未来的战略管理理论呈现动态化趋势,其研究应进一步拓展理论基础,完善研究内容和整合研究方法.The evolution of strategic management is first reviewed in this paper. Its current theories and evolution law are discussed. It is then put forward that the balanced and predictable pattern is being taken over by an irabalanced and uncertain one and that future theories will be more dynamic. Therefore, it is necessary to widen the scope, to perfect the content, and to integrate methods in this field.
