摘　　要：目的探讨光动力学治疗(PDT)后C6胶质瘤血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达。方法在不同剂量(5 mg/kg,10 mg/kg,20 mg/kg,30 mg/kg)光敏剂——血卟啉衍生物(HPD)条件下,激光照射裸鼠皮下C6胶质瘤。在治疗后不同时间检测瘤组织中VEGF的表达。结果在5 mg/kg剂量组VEGF的表达在PDT 24 h后达高峰,与对照组及治疗后3 d、7 d和10 d相应值比,差异显著(P<0.01)。其它剂量组VEGF表达亦在治疗后24 h达高峰,但与治疗后其它时间比,相差无显著性(P>0.05)。结论PDT治疗后24 h VEGF表达达高峰,针对VEGF的抗血管治疗应在24 h内进行。Objective To explore the effect of photodynamic therapy （PDT） on the expression of vascular endothelial growth factors （VEGF） in C6 gliomas of mice. Methods The model of C6 glioma was established in the nude mice. The tumors were irradiated by laser after mice with C6 gliomas were intraperitoneally injected by different doses （5 mg/kg, 10 mg/kg, 20 mg/kg, 30 mg/kg） of hematophyrin derivative （HPD）. The expression of VEGF was determined by immunohistochemistry 1, 3, 7 and 10 days after PDT. Results The expression of VEGF which reached the peak in C6 gliomas in 5 mg/kg group 24 hours after PDT was significantly higher than that in the control group 1, 3, 7 and 10 days after the treatement and in 5 mg/kg group 3, 7 and 10 days after PDT （P〈0.01）. The expression of VEGF which also reached the peak in the other dose groups 24 after PDT was insignificantly higher than that 3, 7 and 10 days after PDT （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The peak of VEGF expression is reached 24 hours afeter PDT, and the treatment of gliomas by anti - neovascularization should be done 24 hours after PDT.
