西南边疆多民族地区的利益协调机制建构

摘　　要：社会主义和谐社会建设,涉及到利益关系的调整,要协调利益关系,就必须构建利益关系的协调机制。社会利益协调机制的构建主要包括:利益导向机制、利益表达机制、利益调节机制、利益补偿机制、利益约束机制和利益矛盾疏导机制。本文把利益矛盾疏导机制放在社会矛盾调处机制当中来叙述,把利益补偿和约束机制放在利益调节机制当中来叙述,重点阐释利益导向、表达、调节三个机制的建构问题。The construction of the harmonious socialist society involves the readjustment of interest relationships. To facilitate the interest relationships, it is necessary to construct interest relationship facilitation mechanism, involving interest orientation mechanism, interest articulation mechanism, interest regulation mechanism, interest compensation mechanism, interest expression mechanism, interest constraining mechanism, and interest conflict coordination mechanism. This paper explores interest conflict coordination in the context of a mechanism mediating and settling social conflicts and probes the interest compensation and constraining mechanism in the context of interest regulation system, emphasizing the construction of interest orientation, articulation and regulation mechanisms.
