摘　　要：在中国社会现代化的大背景下,伴随着特定政治社会化的演进,当代中国法学教育现代化呈现出了明显的阶段性特征。如何从政治社会化与当代中国法学教育现代化辩证关系的特定视角,去把握当代中国法学教育现代化的历史走向,应是中国法学教育现代化研究的基本任务。With the social modemization and the development of the political socialization, contemporary China＇ s law education has taken on periodic features. The primary task in this field is to hold the development direction from the historical perspective, with consideration to the dialectic relationship between the political socialization and China＇ s modernization of law education.
