摘　　要：通过对连云港市农村初级中学体育师资队伍现状进行问卷调查,结合有关文献资料,运用逻辑归纳方法,从其数量状况、年龄结构、学历与职称等情况入手,分析了师资队伍建设中存在的问题,提出了提高体育教师综合素质的对应性措施.The paper analyzes the PE teachers＇ current issues in Lianyungang rural junior high schools from the points of quality and quantity in a scientific and rational mode. The paper also concludes that that the investigation found out teachers＇ comprehensive quality needs to be improved. Finally, the paper offers some countermeasures of increasing the comprehensive qualities for PE teachers.
